Park House – Stalybridge
We redeveloped the old press office into 12 x 1 bedroom apartments to accommodate assisted living for vulnerable young adults.
Blackley – Manchester
Working closely with Jigsaw Homes. We created 18 x 2 and 1 bedroom apartments to the required specifications for affordable housing.
Edward Mill – Congleton
CEJ Group completed the extensive renovation of Edward mill in Congleton. With a conversion into residential dwellings for a private developer / landlord.
Marie Close – Denton
This development of 5 x New build bungalows was completed as part of a Jigsaw Homes scheme to provide housing for local people in Denton .
